Why TOMRA and why Circular Economy? Today, we are not utilizing resources in a sustainable way. In fact, the world is only 9% circular, meaning much of the Earth’s precious resources are only used once, leaving huge untapped potential for more sustainable resource management. At TOMRA we want to be a thought leader, encouraging a more sustainable way of thinking and inspiring active change around the world. The team You will report to the SVP Strategy – Circular Economy. Circular Economy is a newly established division within TOMRA. It comprises of 20 directly assigned or associated experts from across the TOMRA organization. The team coordinates the overall ambition of TOMRA for the Circular Economy, formulate the story/message on a group level, represent TOMRA in influencing networks, executes lighthouse projects and cooperates closely with all other divisions. We seek: A strategist – Looking at the big picture, creating a long-term vision and supporting us to shape the future of the company A project manager – Working with multiple experts and stakeholders to advance topics An organizer – Managing multiple and diverse projects in an organized way A knowledge manager – Codifying our knowledge to scale it up An analytical mind – Building decisions and recommendations on solid analytical analysis and facts A networker and observer – Understanding the needs of internal and external customers and engaging them in the solutions A personality – Passionate, self-driven, able to bring together teams of people with different backgrounds and unite them under the same vision Your background will convince us, if: You have first working experiences in sustainability or circular economy You have a solid foundation: Diploma or Master in Business Administration or Science, or relevant Strategy Consulting experience You have experience in international settings You have managed first complex projects You love KPIs and you base your judgement on solid analysis Did we raise your interest?
