Office base – Fieldhead Hospital This is an exciting opportunity for a focused, well-motivated person who has a real commitment to the NHS and brings new ideas to deliver excellent services for the Trust and its staff, and better outcomes for patients. The Litigation and Inquest Co-ordinator is a new role in a busy legal department in a large NHS Foundation Trust. We wish to appoint a highly motivated person to join our litigation and inquest team based at Fieldhead, Wakefield. You will work closely with the legal team providing support to the senior case handlers. You will also hold responsibility for a specific caseload of non-contentious employers and public liability claims, and coroner’s inquests. We are looking for a well organised individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be confident working in all clinical areas, with staff of all designations and with partner organisations. The ability to work accurately, to meet deadlines, prioritise and forward plan a diverse workload is essential. The ability to travel around the Trust is essential.
