In light of our rapid business expansion, we are inviting candidates to join our Supply Chain team. Job Description: Follow up sales orders and monitor delivery schedule to fulfill customers’ requirement Liaise and communicate with sourcing plants on product enquiries & availability check Maintain shipping record, generate order summary report to Management review Track and monitor order status and solve logistics issues when necessary Handle all shipping related documents including shipping invoices, packing list and customs declaration Arrange sample order Prepare APO forecast accurately Job Requirements: Higher Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant discipline At least 5 years relevant experience in handling shipping and logistics arrangement Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint Good command of English & Mandarin Experience in SAP is an advantage Excellent service manner and problem-solving skill Strong in order management is preferable Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Supply Chain Manager Please send the CV by clicking " Apply Now ".
