2468 is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in our Dunboyne HQ. This is a full-time role, delivering service to our customer base by phone and email, with opportunities to progress within the team. We are a workplace services provider. The Role This is a busy front-line role, with direct contact with our customers by phone and email. Your main duties will include Providing high quality customer service Supporting customers with enquiries Processing customer service request – stock and service – through our systems Being the first point of contact for callers & visitors to our HQ in Dunboyne The Person You’ll be a key member of our CS team holding the primary relationship with our customers. You’ll have experience in delivering customer service, and will have strong written and verbal communications skills. You’ll have a strong level of computer literacy and be fluent in English. What’s most important is that you are passionate about helping and about excellent customer service. We will provide full training for your role, and in the business, including introduction to our coffee production, water supply and our snacking business. Essential Experience It is essential that you have: at least 2 – 4 Years’ experience in Busy Customer Services Role excellent communication skills – both written and verbal excellent IT skills Fluency in English Desirable Experience - Experience in dealing with Customers in UK market is desirable.
