Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the production, quality, procurement and logistics management of various products. 2. Develop and maintain production plant resources, establish an assessment system to meet the company's production needs. 3. Familiar with the supply channels and market changes of various materials to ensure the timely procurement of company supplies. 4. Fully responsible for the supply chain system, formulating and executing production plans, and controlling production systems to achieve rapid response and ensure that products are delivered on time, product qualification rates, production safety and other key indicators. 5. Establish and improve the development, maintenance, tracking and evaluation system of procurement suppliers, analyse procurement costs, budget and control, continuously optimize resources, improve procurement quality, and reduce material procurement costs. 6. Support sales and related market activities, cooperate with changes in sales strategies, analyse customer needs, optimize resources, improve logistics and procurement quality, and improve customer satisfaction. 7. Resources management according to the company's development strategies. Responsible for organization and personnel construction, carry out daily supervision, inspection guidance, performance assessment and other work to improve the supply chain team capabilities. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above with majors in business management, procurement management or logistics management. 2. Proficient in English and Chinese with good oral and written communication skills. 3. More than 3 years of supply chain management experience in well-known products in the industry. 4. Strong organization, planning, control and coordination ability and excellent communication and negotiation skills. 5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, team leadership, ability to drive results, determination and strong problem-solving skill. 6. Willing to work in the start-up culture and environment.
