Description: Systems Administrator will be part of the Systems Administration team responsible for the IT Infrastructure of a highly automated facility that supports building, testing, and releasing of all vSplash Applications & Products. Requirements: Maintenance and Troubleshooting of existing IT infrastructure. Working with the Systems Administration team on deliverables. Desktop troubleshooting, VPN, Windows Updates, Software Installations. Participate in cross-functional teams and help debug system issues. Document system implementations, upgrades, and patching strategy. Support and maintain Active Directory and Group policies. Proficient with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and WSFC. Familiar with networking; VLANs, SMTP, NFS, CIFS, and backup software and strategies. Manage and administer Office 365. Manage and maintain Servers, DFS, Active Directory, DHCP and DNS infrastructure. On-call support as part of a rotation with the rest of the IT Systems team. Off-hours maintenance support as needed. Good experience in handling Windows Servers, Desktops, Mac OSx and Linux. Ensure effective Admin/Support activities in line with client needs and Infrastructural requirements. Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network or server or database problems remotely. Managing the overall administration of systems involving configuration and maintenance of Desktops, servers or networks. Installation of IT Assets, Routers/Switches/Modems, Peripherals, System Software & Application Software.
