UCM Global (UniCar) is a leading independent worldwide expert in automotive supply chain claims handling and recoveries, loss adjusting and risk management services. In order to expand our team, we would like to hear from insurance Claims Handlers with some experience. The roles are varied and involve working as part of a front-line team handling telephone and email queries from across a European Territory, giving you the opportunity to build strong working relationships with third party clients. The role is responsible for the accurate recording of claims as they are notified through to the payment of the claim and the recovery from the third party responsible. Full training will be provided on the Company’s internal claim management system. Candidates with strong administration skills but no experience of the insurance industry will be considered for trainee roles. Successful applicants will need to demonstrate they have: - · An understanding of insurance claims administration processes · An organised and proactive approach that shows in excellent administration skills · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written · Good time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work · Great problem solving skills with a logical approach to resolving problems · A flexible approach and positive attitude UCM Global offer a comprehensive employee benefits package including 25 days holiday Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £16,000.00 to £18,500.00 /year Experience: Claims Processing: 1 year (Preferred)
