Education: BE / B.Tech Experience: Min 15-20 years Job Location: Belgaum (Karnataka) Job Responsibilities Identify, develop and implement Manufacturing Strategy; Plan, lead, organize & control the production and take responsibilities for effective and efficient operations; Achieve daily, weekly & Monthly Production Targets; Initiate, develop & implement continuous improvement programmes to improve process & productivity Optimize asset utilization; Waste reduction through Lean Manufacturing and 5S concepts Maintain Product quality as per standards/Customer Requirement; Take part in CAPA, Implement & Monitor the effectiveness; Reduce COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) Develop, guide, mentor all personnel involved in production; Setting targets, objectives, reviews, feedbacks and managing aspiration of the team; Imparting continuous on-the-job training to encourage productive and operational efficiency by skill building Skills and Knowledge 1. Person should have hands on skills in VMC & other conventional Precision Machining Techniques 2. Proficient in VMC Programming. Proficiency in a CAM Software like EdgeCAM, DelCAM or any other equivalent machining software will be an added advantage 3. Should be able handle about 100 manpower 4. Good in presentation skills with Microsoft office experience
