We are a new dental practice and we are looking for young dental receptionist with previous dental or medical office experience to start in full time position on 26 March 2020 Our requirements are as follows: - speak fluent English (any additional language is a bonus) and have articulate telephone communication skills - must have experience using dental/ medical software (using GoodX software is a plus.) - ability to promote our practice and staff in a positive manner to increase patient inflow - make appointments and send reminders, check medical aid benefits and authorizations, debt collection, theatre bookings, medical aid remittance capturing, invoicing, handling of payments from clients, etc - highly computer literate as we are proceeding toward a paperless practice. Skills must include MS office, emailing, dental software operations, basic IT trouble shooting skills, etc - be able to problem solve and take initiative, be dedicated, professional, neat, loyal, happy, energetic, positive, polite, trustworthy and willing to go the extra mile. - punctuality, professionalism, responsibility, good work ethic, drive and diligence are a must - assist patients and staff members where necessary - the applicant must have reliable transportation or a personal vehicle Please send CV and cover letter Job Type: Full-time Salary: R6,000.00 /month Experience: Dental/ Medical Reception: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Centurion, Gauteng (Preferred) Language: English (Required)
