PureIntegration is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst who will develop a deep understanding of MachineQ's technology and supply chain / logistics strategy, and will build expertise more broadly in Supply Chain Management. In order to be successful in this exciting role, the candidate must combine existing business judgement with a proactive attitude. As such, we are looking for highly motivated individuals with strong attention to detail, technical acumen and expertise, and a record of prior success as part of a team. Delivering flawless and timely execution is a critical component of MachineQ's growth and this role will be granted significant independence, flexibility, and support to pursue this goal. Responsibilities: Assists in supporting the day to day logistics activities involving both internal and external stakeholders (including vendors). Monitor and supervise order fulfillment and on-time delivery with third-party logistics providers through daily reports. Perform analysis on "On Time" shipments or identify root causes of "Delayed" shipments. Fulfill custom orders of hardware, including gateways, devices and accessories. Accurately track all logistics transactions on workbooks on a timely basis. Update devices and create training documents. Manage inventory for offsite storage unit. Coordinate with warehouses for physical distribution of goods. Provide detailed timely and accurate track & trace information for all product movement regardless of mode or transport. Resolve issues expeditiously with partners for on time delivery. Notify supervisor and/or leadership immediately of any safety concerns, accidents. Maintain a clean and organized inventory stock. Understands and adheres to all Company policies, procedures, SOPs and Safety regulations. Other responsibilities include: Supporting colleagues on customer inquiries, business intelligence needs, and internal hardware requests Internal and external Supply Chain Logistics Meetings summaries Qualifications: 3-5+ years in Supply Chain support/analytics, product management/logistics and/or engineering. 4-year Supply Chain degree, from top college/university or proven on the job role experience. Experience in IoT/M2M services highly preferred, or, also preferred but to a lesser extent, experience in wireless communications technology broadly. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements, manage deadlines and KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Engineering, Product) Advanced Excel skills to perform VLookups, Pivot Tables, and Match Functions.
