Overview Opel Vauxhall Finance supports Opel and its dealer network with finance, leasing and insurance products and services. Opel Finance Belux supports Opel Belux and its dealer network by offering wholesale, car financing, leasing, and car insurance solutions. These products are being marketed via Opel, Opel Finance and market-deployed via appointed partners Arval, Alphacredit and AXA. We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to provide support to the overall day-to-day operations in the Sales and Marketing Team. This candidate will become the operational go-to person for internal and external partners on a variety of product- and service-related topics and tasks by generating reporting, providing information, documentation and validation. In addition, dedicated attention will be required on specific Marketing Communication tasks (brochures, pricelists, campaign comms..) in order to enable and secure our online and offline market presence. The goal is to aid and facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize overall performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. You will report directly to the Belux Marketing Manager. Position Objectives & Responsibilities Maintain databases to store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports to local and central management Follow up bonus schemes and incentive plans to support volumes Monitor the dealernet progress, help identify shortcomings and propose improvements Support campaign design by using pricing models to evaluate the impact and profitability of promotional actions Build strong relationships with dealers, stakeholders and partners Assist in the preparation and validation of all online and offline content, promotional material and events with internal and external (incl. agency) partners Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and material Member of Belux Sales and Marketing Team Qualifications & Experience BSc/BA in business administration; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset Experience in internal sales in the role of Business/Pricing Analyst or similar Experience in automotive industry, preferably in a captive environment is a plus Knowledge of inventory financing and financial analysis is asset Fluent in spoken and written French, Dutch and English Skills & Knowledge Good computer skills, Office (spec.
