Job Profile / Responsibility Coach and support professional team of Sr PMs and PMs through daily operations of construction management to include verifying proper execution of daily success routines and construction administration, ensuring delivery of projects per "TCQ" (time, cost, quality) standards, supporting timely issue resolution, maintaining a strong developer and contractor base, allocating balanced team workload, and building overall team member capability. Lead the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline management and forecasting process to include project progress reporting, risk profile flag status, accurate completion dates, and attention to project level detail to anticipate/resolve issues. Provide functional, technical, and program management expertise for the construction to include work flow definition, standards and specification documentation, stakeholder coordination, organization infrastructure and capability building, administrative management, daily operational execution, and project closeout.
