Innovative Teleservices in Allen Park is seeking to hire 3 Full Time Customer Service Representatives to join our Team! Our Representatives are responsible for placing outbound calls to past donors on behalf of Non- Profit Charitable Foundations. NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED. Our team members are responsible for retention of existing donors. We will teach you everything you need to know in order to be a successful Call Center Representative. What we offer: Full time employees start at $12.50 per hour ($500/week base pay) with the ability to make up to $22.50 per hour with sales incentives. Permanent set schedule (10:00AM – 7:00PM Monday-Thursday) and Fridays 10am- 6:00PM No weekends required Full time 40 hour work week Health Insurance after 90 days 40 hours Paid Time Off after 90 days of work completed Qualifications and Skills Minimum Eighteen (18) years of age.
