ISHIR is looking for a young and dynamic PPC Executive who has appetite to learn and make a career in paid search and social media marketing. A person who has good sense of analytics (read number crunching), some business sense, an eye for detail, a creative mind to do justice to creatives and ad copies, a lot of common sense and craving to bring ROI on campaigns and who wants to commit him or herself to long term growth with an organization. Responsibilities Develop, implement and optimize paid search campaigns on Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, Facebook, Remarketing, LinkedIn and the ability to lead others in these tasks Conduct keyword research using online tools, competitive research, and analysis for keyword expansion and traffic growth Innovate new keyword generation techniques, performance optimization, ad testing and campaign design. Report and implement new media and channel strategies. Break down quality, volume and financial metrics to determine the success of each campaign and make recommendations where needed Ensure overall goals and targets are met. Improve quality score and conversion rates via landing page optimization. Landing page review and recommendations. Produce periodic client reports and participate in client conference calls. Awareness of with remarketing and dynamic remarketing. Required Skill Sets Familiarity with Google Ads & Google Ads Editor Bing & Facebook/LinkedIn Ads (Optional) Google Ads Certification will be a great add-On Good understanding of PPC best practices, strategy, optimization Strong work ethic, must show drive and dedication Excellent oral and written communication skills Solution mindset Total Experience 6 months to 1 year Qualification  Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent (Business / Marketing preferred),  Google Ads Certification is a great plus
