Responsibilities: Provide machine installation and service support, and application support for Sales and Services; Attend to calls and walk-in customers for any service application related tasks; Serve as one of a key contact for machine installation and services; Conduct implicational and technical training to customers; Other Ad-hoc duties as required by the superior; Requirements Obtain min. Nitec qualification in Engineering/Mechanical field or equivalent; Someone without relevant working experiences also welcome to apply as on-job training will be provided; Someone with 1-2 yrs’ relevant experiences will be advantage, but not a must; Pro-active, possess technical and problem solving skills with attention to details; Customer First attitude.
