Open and transparent, we operate in a 100% Jerk-Free Zone and we each play our part to provide the best experience to restaurants Job Description As a Content & Community intern, you are iCHEF's learning center and community enabler to restaurant owners. For any aspiring or existing restaurant owner, there isn't a place where they can learn how to run a restaurant. You will work with F&B experts to create insightful content that educates and inspire restaurant owners to create a better business. You will: - generate insights & topics for opening & running a restaurant - Create thought leadership articles on running F&B - Publish content in blog, online newsletter and physical newsletter - Disseminate content via SEO, social media - Organize events for aspiring F&B owners to learn how to open restaurants - Manage community of existing F&B owners - Experiment with online ads JOB RESPONSIBILITY The person we are looking for We are looking for people who are: - Used to work in an F&B environment - Excellent and professional communication - Pleasant personality - Goal driven and self motivated - Possess patience with a nurturing heart JOB REQUIREMENT You will succeed with us if you - Have authentic empathy to care deeply for your colleagues and customers with a respectful heart.
