Find out more at www.healthalliance.co.nz About the Role: Use your communications skills, experience and creativity to help us deliver our strategic priorities and realise our vision of ‘powering digital healthcare together’. You’ll work autonomously within a small, fun team on a wide range of internal and external initiatives designed to engage our staff, delight our stakeholders and support our customers to deliver the best public health care services possible. You’ll be instrumental in helping to deliver one of the biggest digital transformations in New Zealand. The key responsibilities include: Developing engaging content for key communication channels, including intranet, newsletters and social Supporting project teams to communicate their digital transformation initiatives Developing and implementing end-to-end communication plans and awareness campaigns that hit the mark Coordinating internal and external events that support the business and our customers Identifying external PR opportunities that tell the region’s story Providing sound advice and support to a wide range of customers About you: We’re looking for a talented all-rounder who can turn their hand to a variety of different tasks. No day is the same here, so a flexible approach, a positive attitude and a can-do mentality is important. You’ll be comfortable developing great relationships at all levels inside and outside of the organisation and you’ll enjoy applying a creative touch to your communications work. Problem solving will be one of your strong points, along with the energy and perseverance to get the job done right. To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 5 year’s experience in corporate communications roles The ability to tell engaging stories that matter on a variety of different platforms Knowledge of content management systems, including SharePoint Exceptional writing and editing skills Experience in digital/ICT environments/projects (preferred but not essential) A continuous improvement mindset and collaborative style Working in health brings its own special kind of reward and we’re passionate about it.
