goFLUENT is looking for an Inside Sales stageur who will play a role in the development of our business activities within the Italian market. At goFLUENT Italy, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a dynamic and international environment by acquiring new accounts, while also working with high profile corporate clients and building lasting, consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders and decision makers throughout the country. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Active client prospection through cold calling, emails, business events and networking · New business development · Schedule and attend phone/video meetings with prospects to present goFLUENT's solutions · Understand prospects' needs in order to develop and to negotiate the most suitable and attractive commercial proposal for negotiation JOB REQUIREMENTS · Fluent written and spoken Italian and English · Undergraduate degree in business management oriented programs or equivalent DESIRED SKILLS · Strong business acumen and commercial instincts · Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills · Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure · Highly energetic, ambitious and self-motivated individual with no "9 to 5" work mentality WHAT WE OFFER · Full-time stage, 6 months duration · Salary: 800 euros/month · Opportunity to work within a young, dynamic and international environment · Opportunity to grow inside the company · Language training · Constant sales training Location: Rome, Italy.
