The role of the Plant Facility Supervisor is to direct and coordinate the Preventive, Predictive Maintenance and Equipment Care (TPM) of all the equipment in the facilities (ie: planning, implementation, monitoring of subcontracting, restart, validation), with the in order to guarantee optimum use of resources. The main objectives of this profile are: Ensure compliance with the requirements of the systems implemented FES, ISO TS16949 & ISO 14001 focused on Maintenance. Take part in the purchase of new equipment to ensure that manufacturing, maintenance, as well as Safety, Hygiene and Environment requirements are met. Contribute to the definition of the technical specifications of the new equipment and the changes that must occur in the equipment of existing facilities. Direct and coordinate the needs of repair and improvement of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance of all the equipment of the facilities of the Plant. Support for continuous improvement efforts: propose and implement actions for the continuous improvement of quality, productivity and efficiency in all facilities. Support for the development of MIFA objectives and plant layout. Determine the budgetary needs to reach the established standards for the facilities. Define and supervise the objectives of quality, costs and deadlines provided to external companies when they intervene: outsourcing, routine and special maintenance actions, energy, security systems, etc. Recommend security policies and ensure that legal security controls are tested and reliable. Take responsibility for the computer-assisted maintenance management system. Ensure the training and development of maintenance technicians. Participate in the creation and fulfillment of the objectives of the year. These functions are enunciative and not limiting to the performance of other activities that are required.
