Duties and responsibilities * Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure all day-to-day customer service inquiries meet brand SLA’s including phone calls, live chat, and email Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area Work closely with warehouse supervisors to develop practical solutions to problems without sacrificing quality Analyze opportunities for growth, cutting costs, reducing damages and improving efficiencies Continually improve productivity targets and process improvements Creating new standard operating procedures for various warehouse processes Testing new order packing processes and materials Testing new warehouse software processes Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders Maintains quality service by following organization standards Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; following procedures, rules, and regulations Completes reports by entering required information Qualifications We Are Looking For Driven, Motivated Candidates Who Show Initiative to work with minimal instruction and direction Ability to work in a fast -paced and deadline driven environment Exhibit analytical thinking and problem solving Strong written and oral communication skills Passion for supply chain management and process enhancement Demonstrate maturity, responsibility and leadership ability Ability to constantly bend, reach, squat, twist, and stand throughout shiftGood knowledge of logistics processes and order management Ambitious, hardworking and driven!
