Successful applicants will be required to; Report and record incidents as they occur on shift Provide high level front line customer service and support Perform duties in a professional and confident manner Proactively work within and lead a team Engage with Customers Internal/External within a Retail environment Work closely with the client Successfully manage a team of 5-10 staff Be available and on call should any issues arise onsite Create and take action on monthly reports In order to be successful in applying for these roles applicants will need to meet the following criteria; Previous experience in working within a Retail Environment Extensive knowledge of Fire Control Panels and Access Control systems An understanding of WH&S and the ability to identify & manage risks Have the ability to manage a team or Security officers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer literate Current South Australian Security Licence First Aid Certificate with current CPR training Ability to follow a rotating roster and work across days/nights/weekends and public holidays EGroup Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
