We are currently hiring for positions in Voice process where we provide customer service and technical support. Responsibilities and Duties Resolve Customer queries and Complaints Troubleshooting of technical issues related to customer’s services Assist the customers on queries regarding their Products and Services via voice Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems Ensure that appropriate steps were taken to resolve customers problems and providing feedback accordingly Conduct quality monitoring on voice calls and chats Qualifications and Skills Work Experience: 1-6 Years Annual CTC: Rs. 2 lacs to Rs. 3.25 lacs Other Salary Details: Night Shift allowance Location: Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula Industry: BPO/ITES Functional Area: Same Employment Details: Full Time Desired Candidate Profile: * Any Under graduate Fresher/Graduate Any experience up to 6 years are also eligible Flexible to work in Night Shifts / 24*7 Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills Should have good command over English Grammar and Fluency in English Benefits CTC Slab: Rs. 2 Lacs to Rs. 3.25 Lacs + Night Shift allowance Other Benefits: Free Medical Insurance and subsidized cabs for Analysts /Senior Analyst (Home pick & Drop) Interview Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Experience: work: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred) Speak with the employer +91 7988384044
