We are now recruiting for Travel Sales Consultants to work in our worldwide reservations team, based in Skypark, Glasgow. In this role you will be taking inbound calls from travel agents, matching their requirements to ensure their customers’ have the perfect holiday. You will use your customer service skills and travel knowledge to suggest products and upgrades that will enhance the customers’ holiday experience. Travel 2 is well-known for providing exceptional customer service, so we need exceptional people to help us do this. Our ideal candidate will either have studied travel and tourism, have previously worked within the travel industry or will have travelled to long haul destinations. You must also have exceptional customer service skills. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9am-7pm over 5 days Monday-Saturday Provisional Start Date: 16th March 2020 In order to be considered for this role, we need you to also have the following skills and experience: Customer service and/or sales experience ideally in a contact centre or travel environment A passion for travel IT literate Attention to detail Target driven For more information, please click on the job description below Our office is based in Skypark, Glasgow with easy public transport links from the surrounding area.
