Your tasks Co-operating with Production/Maintenance/Project Team on repair jobs, Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Organization to ensure continuity of Production and paper quality Assessing project requirements Measuring the performance of mechanical components and devices Taking care the mechanical Work preparation, timescales and materials for Maintenance/Projects Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient Using computer-aided design/modelling software (AutoCAD) Liaising with suppliers Undertaking relevant research to improve the run ability of the Paper machine Producing and implementing designs and test procedures Writing reports and keeping the technical documentation and the archive up to date Providing technical advice and training to Maintenance staff Maintaining good housekeeping at work place Implementing continuous improvement on environment impact, resources consumption and waste generation Implementing continuous improvement on work safety and risk assessment Your experience Background: B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering Must have good Mechanical Engineering education with some knowledge of hydraulics and automation. (or willing to build up knowledge) AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Experience: Over 5 years working experience in Mechanical and Technical controlling Other Requirements: English fluency is a must Honest, teamwork, open-minded, willing to learn, high responsible and enthusiastic Flexible, self-motivated and well-organized Able to work under pressure.
