Roles & Responsibilities You will play a key role in various aspects of architectural design and practices and management of various projects. Conceptualize concept and schematic designs. Carry out feasibility studies and presents design proposals. Design development that would include detailed drawings and specifications for contractors to follow for construction purposes. Assist in tendering and bidding processes and inspect the on-going construction to ensure that the project is built according to design plans. Liaise with and discuss project-relevant issues with clients. Negotiate with contractors on design requirements and building progress. Oversee progress of on-site work; ensure project is built according to design plans and resolve any issues that may arise. Work with engineers and surveyors to make sure that the building plans meet the necessary building standards. Requirements Good Degree in Architecture from a University accredited with BOA Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience Being registered with the Singapore Board of Architects will be an advantage Flair for design and good knowledge of architectural detailing Conversant with local codes and regulations, and construction practices Strong planning, organisational, supervision and project management skills Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for Principal role
