We are looking for a competitive, friendly, motivated, energetic, intelligent & talented individual to join our growing team. You must be well presented at all times in full business attire and be able to demonstrate professional manners, have a crisp image and be able to deliver a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer buying experience, putting customer satisfaction first. You must have the skills and ability to build rapport quickly and communicate clearly with our business clients. You will be challenged and must be versatile to adapt to the situation presented to you. You must have a full clean UK driving license. Average Sales Executives within Carnow generally earn £36,000 per annum, whilst top performers earn circa £50,000 per annum. You will be expected to work 5 days per week and will receive 1 weekend off per month on a shift pattern. Our opening business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm & Sunday 11:00am - 4:00pm. Key Responsibilities: Follow the company process 100% of the time. 100% FCA Compliant at all times with no margin for error. FCA Approval will completed as part of your induction. Achieve Monthly Targets Maintain excellent business relationships with our business clients and endeavor to go above and beyond to deliver the best buying experience possible, 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is the minimum requirement. Manage and coordinate customer follow ups, that being before and after delivery. Prospecting is a must and you will be required to follow up any potential business opportunities. Minimum Requirements: A full clean UK driving license. A self starter who has a passion for being competitive. A professional individual who can deliver exceptional customer service. General understanding of computers. A good listener & communicator, an individual who wants to develop there skill set and knowledge further. Friendly approach and manner at all times towards existing Carnow employees & business clients. Full training will be given to the successful applicant. Job Type: Full-time
