In this unique role you will be responsible for the marketing of our world leading Softer Foods ranges to both consumers and their carers. The role specifically focuses on our Softer Foods range of meals developed for people with dysphagia (swallowing difficulties). This Queen’s Award winning range makes a real difference to our customers lives, enabling them to live more independently in their own homes whilst enjoying a diet that meets their nutritional needs. Reporting into the B2C Wiltshire Farm Foods Marketing Team you will be responsible for driving growth of our Softer Foods range through innovative campaigns and strategies. You will work across the whole ‘marketing mix’ covering areas including digital, direct, PR, events, literature and affiliates. Tasked with owning new customer acquisition, conversion and retention plans you will help us meet our ambitious growth targets for the Softer Foods range. You will become an expert in this area and a champion for Softer Foods throughout the business. Responsibilities Create and implement integrated marketing communications strategies and plans to drive growth of the Softer Foods Range. Ownership of all online and offline marketing activity for the Softer Foods range. (The role is predominantly but not exclusively digital - approximately 80% online activity vs 20% offline). Deliver year on year growth in new customer acquisition, conversion and retention. Ownership of our dedicated Softer Foods website – managing content and digital marketing activity to maximise high quality traffic and conversions. Managing Softer Foods social media presence across Facebook and Twitter, responsible for both paid advertising and creating engaging content for followers. Work closely with our agency partners to deliver highly efficient and effective PPC, SEO and display retargeting plans. Ownership of email marketing activity to our database of subscribers driving sales and conversions. Developing and delivering regular cross sell promotions aimed at existing customers to drive higher average order values and encourage trial of new products. Creation of marketing materials and customer communications – ensuring conformance to corporate identity and branding. Planning and delivery of direct marketing campaigns. Work with the in-house PR team to deliver media coverage. Developing and delivering training sessions and materials for staff in the Wiltshire Farm Foods network. Attendance of exhibitions and events to promote the Softer Foods category. Regular reporting on campaign and category performance vs targets. Using Google Analytics and other internal and external reporting platforms. Qualifications Essential: At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or creative industry role with some background in digital marketing. Strong copywriting ability Well versed in MS Office suite Desirable: Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or related subject. CIM or equivalent Marketing qualification Experience/previous training in the field of nutrition Driving license Personal Qualities: High level of accuracy and attention to detail Analytical, can interrogate results and data and adapt plans and approach to meet objectives Creative in contributing ideas for innovation and continuous improvement Organised, with a methodical approach to planning and project management Shows passion, drive and ambition to deliver outstanding execution in key projects Self-starter with a can-do attitude, proactive and positive outlook, and willing to experiment with new ideas Strategic and creative thinker Excellent verbal and written communication skills Commercial outlook Effective time management Team player An individual keen to learn and develop their career
