MAYAN EDMS CONSULTANT/ADVISOR We are currently exploring Mayan EDMS for electronic storage and sharing of documents company wide and with our clients. During this phase, we need a subject matter expert with in- depth knowledge and hands on experience with initial configuration and setup of Mayan EDMS · Ability to understand our company requirements and provide consultancy on the right approach to information management and architecture within the EDMS · Provide analysis, configuration, design and support leveraging the Mayan EDMS features · Guide on the integration's with other e-sign platforms for electronic signatures and approval processes within the organization and will client partners · Provide expert advice on connecting the Mayan EDMS to External Systems, and allow external/client admins to access the authorized documents · Technical and solutions resource · Assist with creating the library structure using the existing platform to store and manage client contracts, and contract process flow · Advise on appropriate read/write controls and protocols for different departments within organization, client admins and other participant access · Ensure appropriate tie-ins to other document processes · Troubleshooting/diagnostics, consulting on changes when required · Possibly assist us through product launch Job Type: Contract Experience: EDMS: 5 years (Preferred) MAYAN - EDMS: 1 year (Preferred)
