You will support the internal employees in their initial contact via chat with any questions or problems that may arise when it comes to hardware and software in the Windows and Mac environment and, if necessary, forward them to the 2nd or 3rd level. What is important to us: You have successfully completed education or retraining in the IT field, or have comparable work experience Professional experience in technical support / onsite suppor First knowledge in dealing with Microsoft products and operating systems Mac knowledge and knowledge with ticketsystems are nice but not a must You are an absolute team player, service-oriented and structured Your fluency in English will convince you.
