Company Description Our client, an asset and wealth management company, is seeking a IT Desktop Support Specialist (Financial Institutions) Responsibilities Provide desktop support duties including installation and configuring computer hardware, applications, systems, networks, printers, phones, etc. Provide primary technical support and answer queries via phones and emails Maintain IT infrastructure in data center (Windows servers, HP servers, storage, backup, network and phone systems) Support in logistic duties such as to set up for events Ensure all IT support related workflow and maintenance are compliance to global IT policies, standards and procedures.
