Job Summary Branch Admin activities Responsibilities and Duties Branch operations General administrative management of the branch Act as a key accounts manager and manage accounts of customers located in Tamil Nadu including accounts reconciliation. Overall responsibility of project implementation, execution and commissioning Vendor management Manpower management, coordination and allocation Bill/Invoice submission & payment follow up Coordination with Head Office Collection of work completion and other customer service reports Customer relation Documentation & control of documents Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing Guide & assist Assisting sales / marketing team Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff Schedule, monitor and respond to various service calls and AMCs Preparation of quotation and participation in tenders Managing petty cash Coordination with various departments / branches for project execution, AMC, service, repairs, invoice, payment and follow-up Maintaining office decorum, implementation of policies and rules of the management Leave management of the branch Qualifications and Skills Minimum Graduation is must.
