Description: Finance Executive Job-ID: G20007-ZRIN Location: Chennai (India) Description: The Finance executive will independently handle all tax related compliances including GST, Income Tax and TDS. The position will also be responsible for MCA compliances including organizing and filing of returns and forms in addition to support the Finance Manager with various MIS reports. Responsibilities: Handle all GST related activities including filing of returns, handling assessments and audits. Handle all TDS related activities including deduction, remittance, and returns. Handle all statutory compliances related to taxation and MCA including organizing and filing of forms and returns Support Income Tax assessments by organizing documents and compiling details. Work with the auditors in matters related to GST, Income Tax and TDS. Assist the Finance Manager with various MIS reports. Support various projects of the company from time to time by providing accurate financial data. Fulfil ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager. Requirement description: Bachelors/Post Graduate degree in Finance. 3- 5 years’ experience in a professional corporate environment with a sales and service organization or with an audit/outsourcing firm handling taxation and compliance. Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles Knowledge and experience in GST Knowledge and experience in Tax Deduction at Source and Income Tax including tax filing on behalf of foreign entities Proficiency in PC software and good knowledge of MS Office programs Knowledge of foreign exchange rules and procedures with regard to taxation. Experience in handling the audit/inspection by the tax authorities Ability to support and handle tax assessments.
