We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in the organisation’s success in our NT market. This position is part time, working 25hrs per week over 5 days. We are searching for a driven and experienced Team Member that will assist in delivering the company’s strategic objectives. The Organisation ZircoDATA is a go to specialist in the records management industry with an extensive client base including some of Australia’s top performing organisations in the banking, health and government sectors. The business is currently on a growth trajectory, so any candidate would come into our team during a challenging but exciting time. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Accurately & Efficiently record information in inventory system. Ability to efficiently operate computerized inventory systems. Efficient and effective handling of mail material. Tag mail material and pallets. Complete physical inventories. Auditing of colleague’s work Performs various administrative tasks and projects in the warehouse department. Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Prior data entry experience in a warehouse setting is required. Data entry expert. Strong attention to detail. Well organised with the ability to prioritize workload. Work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Basic computer and communication skills are required. Familiar with various warehouse systems and Microsoft office programs. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others. Experience and knowledge in the use of general office equipment: Printer, scanner, etc. Must have at least 1-year experience in a warehouse environment. Must be familiar with warehouse systems/programs. A National Criminal Record Check will be conducted on the successful applicant and must return a result that is satisfactory to ZircoDATA.
