Zego is looking for a creative, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial marketing manager to join our growing team in Ireland. You will translate the business agenda into new marketing strategies that connect drivers with insurance, promoting and differentiating our products in a competitive market. You are passionate about transforming the insurance industry and able to create effective marketing strategies. You will be data-driven, detail-oriented and organised, capable of handling multiple projects at once, dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities. We are looking for someone with senior experience, creativity, a strategic mind and a tactical head. Someone who can bring together an integrated plan for all things content and play a necessary role in daily production (doing) and management (leading) of its successful execution. Responsibilities You will develop creative strategies for our insurance products, ensuring that they are carried through from acquisition to renewal You will collaborate with acquisition, PR, content, design and product teams to create coordinated and compelling marketing opportunities You will lead the development of the marketing strategies and help grow the business alongside the Zego IE Country Manager You will evaluate and measure the effectiveness of programs, investments and campaigns. Working with our teams to establish integrated testing plans; Testing, learning and optimising new approaches will be essential You will communicate effectively with vendors and obsess over customer experience. Working with drivers/ fleet managers of varying experience levels on the best way to take an active role in marketing insurance for them. Requirements You have senior experience in an equivalent role for a similar tech / startup business. An understanding of ride-hailing, fleet or insurance would be an advantage You have experience in offline marketing, preferably covering online also.
