Business Development Manager – FTSE 250 – Sarbanes Oxley / Project Management Sales About Us ZR Consultants is a boutique consultancy that is looking to grow by providing Sarbanes Oxley (Internal Control reviews) services as well as Project management Services to clients. We are now looking for a full time Business Development Manager who can build relationship with some of the FTSE 250 organisations in order to demonstrate what great value and savings we can offer them. The Role The role will require the Business Development manager to identify opportunities with clients and to be able to assure them of the benefits of utilising us to deliver their projects. At ZR Consultants we are all about building long term relationships with clients so the right person will need to be friendly, confident and have a comprehensive understanding of our services. The suitable candidate The suitable candidate will have: Significant previous experience of selling to FTSE 250 companies The ability to build relationships with CFO’s, CEO’s and CRO’s in organisation Be a self-starter and be able to identify and follow up on leads in an efficient and proactive manner The ability to generate their own leads and be able to work on their own initiative. This role will provide autonomy to the right candidate to work UK wide and performance will be managed on a results basis Existing relationships with Blue chip clients Experience of selling Project management and Regulatory project solutions to clients This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come in at a time of growth and provides a great stepping stone into building a larger function in the organisation. All candidate applying must have a past track record of selling to Blue chip clients.
