Job Summary We have urgent opening for Desktop Support Engineer having 1-2 years of hands on experience in the field of IT and Networking. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Handling all desktop, printer, DVR related issues. 2. Hands on experience in networking, routing, switching & security 3. Ensure network security and connectivity 4. Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses 5. Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords 6. Resolve problems reported by end user 7. Define network policies and procedures 8. Handle 15 branches remotely. 9.Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers and clients. 10. Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections. 11. Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers. 12. Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems.
