The primary roles and responsibilities include the activities required to plan, execute and deliver all relevant aspects of the projects. These aspects include project scope, deliverables, timing and costs, as well as successfully managing and mitigating project issues and risks. Responsibilities: Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all Project Management relevant tasks in the assigned projects (including planning, estimating, scheduling, organizing, documenting, tracking and monitoring activities); Cooperates with other managers to manage expectations for the project; Utilizes standard PM processes and methods specifically for IT projects; Ensures that project metrics and lessons learnt are appropriately documented and communicated for the benefit of other staff and future projects, including maintaining a project dashboard and communicating project status and metrics to leadership in an efficient manner. Essential Skills and Experience: Undergrad degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering is required, with working knowledge of information systems; Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, negotiation); Good English language skills; Must have a working knowledge of product development and engineering practices; A demonstrated ability for managing large and / or complex PLM / ALM projects preferred; Knowledge about Shopfloor IT Systems MES/SCADA Minimum 2 years professional experience preferred; We offer: Relocation package; Medical care, discounts on goods and services; Possibility to constantly improve your skills in an international environment; Attractive career path; Flexible working hours; Employee package –‘MyBenefit’.
