Your tasks as Transportation Specialist: Determine optimal transportation modes, frequencies, and carriers, including domestic and international shipping, to align with corporate guidelines and meet monthly freight budget targets Achieve cost savings goals by identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities. Report monthly cost savings status with details Support freight claims in case of freight damages/losses (follow through to settlement) and support freight auditing to verify correct rates and freight calculations Collect, verify and maintain accurate data in SAP, including shipping packaging, Incoterms, and HTS codes Support customs related activities, such as bonded warehouse setup and duty drawback Your profile as Transportation Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, operations or related field Two plus years of domestic & international transportation and/or customs experiences preferred Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, detail-oriented and highly organized Able to work effectively in time-sensitive situations and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills Be part of our ZF team as Transportation Specialist (m/f/d) and apply now!
