Roles & Responsibilities Job Description Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution Experiment on various channels for content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups Provide support to the business unit/ department within the Group on all marketing communications related matters Establish, maintain strategic, mutually-beneficial partnerships, scour for new/ engage current channel partners to co-organise events, sieve out cross-marketing opportunities, etc As the Group’s brand custodian, to build, strengthen brand awareness through internal and external communications via public relations, media engagements, website updates, etc Work closely in tandem with the Marketing team to achieve the department’s key performance indicators, in fulfilment of the Group’s marketing objectives and goals Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly Requirements A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communications or in Marketing preferred At least 4 years’ of supervisory relevant experience in Marketing and/ Communications A strong independent worker, possess initiatives and a positive get-do attitude Together with a strong command of the English language, a natural flair for writing communication materials is a must-have Proficient in all Microsoft office applications Knowledge in design tools
