Yulu provides a clean, affordable, and healthy alternative to bridge the gap that public transit systems have left unattended. ** Roles & Responsibilities: Understand customer behaviour and respond to day-to-day queries Analyze customer support data to identify trends and usage patterns Coordinate with internal operations and technology teams to resolve matters at the earliest Proactively call customers to understand their experience with Yulu ** Apply only if: You are available for a full-time role You can join immediately.
