We are looking for full-time customer service representative to help us keep our high level customer service to our guests. Job Responsibilities Take inbound calls and answer guests inquiries in a timely manner. Make outbound calls to our existing clients and remind them of services that are due on their vehicle. Schedule service appointments and set service expectations to our guests. Work on campaigns set by management Work on hitting service targets Provide high level customer service to our guests Qualifications Interested in a career in the automotive industry Good typing skills (60 wpm) and computer literate Great work ethic, integrity and driven to succeed Experience in customer service is an asset Ablity to work in rotating shifts Good communication skills Why work at Yorkdale Toyota?
