NEEDED: EXPERIENCE BUYING INFRASTRUCTURE FOR TELECOM PROJECTS (ANTENNAS, NODES, TOWERS) 1) Seeking sources and help finish certification of subcontractors and suppliers to close procurement bidding; 2) Responsible for contract implementation in provinces (including telecommunication service subcontractors, material suppliers, etc.); 3) Responsible for contract progress and quality control; 4) Evaluating the performance and managing those suppliers; 5) Daily communication and reporting work.
