Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking for Logistics Chain Associate / Executive to support the incoming, preparation and outgoing of Xylem hardware products / equipment which are used to sense & manage our precious worldwide resource - Water. Applicant should have key attributes related to Inventory Management including physical arrangement of parts (sustaining of Inventory system; manage and maintain an optimal level of inventory with Demand Planners); Logistics and Overseas Freight Management (labelling and packing of equipment into proper packaging before shipment); Regular reporting of Logistics movement (tracking of shipment status), Inventory Status and Procurement delivery status; Global Project Delivery Support to fulfil the project equipment request and ensure on time delivery of shipment He/She must be able to effectively communicate with fellow personnel in order fulfil customer's order. Skills & Requirements Qualifications: Candidates may possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent. Working knowledge of ERP system Material planning and understanding of supply chain concept Good communication, meticulous and with good initiative Able to work independently as well as good team player Able to efficiently operate a computer and basic applications (web browser, MS Office) Able to work with minimal supervision
