Payroll /HR Officer Kildare – Permanent (25 hours a week daily) Start Date: February We are seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll/HR Officer The successful candidate will need have a minimum of 5 years’ experience processing weekly payroll of up to 200 employees, Experience using Sage payroll would be a distinct advantage Key Responsibilities: Processing a weekly payroll of 130 employees Processing payroll through Sage Validating and uploading all time sheets to Payroll Monitoring Basic, O/T, Commissions, Holiday, Sick etc Dealing with all payroll queries Responsible for all payroll administration. Responsible for all payroll returns Revenue Online system (ROS) · Responsible for all payroll management reporting Ensure all additional payroll reporting requirements such as Pension Reporting and General Ledger Reporting are met in a timely manner · Liase with UK payroll provider for timely submission of payroll · Dealing with any employee queries in relation to payroll · Reconcile payroll accounts · Audit payroll information to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax guidelines · Prepare and submit all payroll related Central Statistics Office returns Key Skills: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Payroll IPASS Qualification Strong attention to detail Good systems and Excel skills are required. Available to work part time hours. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Able to meet deadlines on time with a strong focus on quality and accuracy · Ensure compliance with GDPR in relation to payroll documents and records · Maintain full confidentiality of sensitive material and information Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Experience: Payroll: 5 years (Preferred)
