Since our launch in 2012, we have grown to become the world's leading ocean freight rate benchmarking and market intelligence platform. A year ago we also launched our air product and replicated our early ocean successes into the airfreight market. In the coming years we are planning to continue growing and we are aiming to become the pricing reference point for all ocean and air freight. In order to succeed we will be further expanding the depth and breadth of our products while also launching new offerings. We are hence, looking for a VP of Product that will be responsible for the research, definition and design of new products and features. As a VP of product, you will be responsible for the whole Xeneta product portfolio while leading a team of product managers, designers and technical content developers. This is a high visibility, high impact role with the possibility of significantly reshaping ocean and air freight procurement. Job Responsibilities: Define and own the Xeneta product roadmap Drive innovation by understanding our customers and translating their requirements into new features/products Manage a team of product managers, UX designers and technical content developers Represent Xeneta at conferences and trade-shows Collaborate with marketing to ensure successful product launches Help with sales engagements as the ultimate product expert What are we looking for A product manager experienced in software development who is capable of creating, defining and delivering product roadmaps A people manager capable of recruiting, retaining and developing a strong product focused team A proficient communicator comfortable of entertaining both sales and technical conversations at all levels, from the operational to the strategic Experience with bringing new products to market and retiring old products An innovator capable of finding new solutions to new problems A product manager experienced with products developed on data, data standardization and data analysis A strategic thinker and a visionary What we offer A motivated team and a great working environment.
