Summary: Plans and directs accounting and compliance activities within the Finance department by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinate supervisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Making sure company is compliant with all tax laws. Having knowledge of international taxation is an added advantage Checking TDS deductions, TDS payments and other tax payments being made correctly. Managing GST compliances and ensure necessary filing for GST refunds. Supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements for Xceedance Group companies including consolidation for group financial statements Supervising the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, depreciation, and operating expenses, and insurance records. To support for preparation of external audit information and financial reporting. To support for overall fund management activities for Xceedance Group companies Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: Should be a Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience; should have handled Statutory audits, internal audits, TDS, GST matters, Income Tax assessment. Experience of working for KPO industry will be preferred. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word; Excel; Tally; Knowledge of SAP preferred. Benefits At Xceedance people come first.
