Position: Voice, Accent and Customer Service Trainer Job Shift: Night Experience: 2 – 7 Years Education: Any graduate / HSC Job Location: Navi Mumbai Salary Range: ₹ 4,00,000 – ₹ 9,00,000 p.a Days of Walk-in: Monday to Friday Time for Walk-in: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Neutralize the accents of all the calling personnel across the organization. Develop speaking skills, enhance the ability to communicate, conduct one on one sessions where necessary to ensure every call handling employee provides excellent customer service. Quality Audit, Live Barge-In, conduct random audits of all call handling employees and identify areas of improvement in every employee. Execute communication improvement plans tailored to each employee lacking in the requisite skills to ensure he / she is brought at par with the expected standards of quality and speech. SKILLS/EXPERTISE: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Must have an Neutral Accent or American Accent (preferable) with a high degree of accuracy in pronunciation. Must have a clear voice and a must be able to communicate professionally without the use of conversation fillers or slang when speaking. Must have a proven track record of conducting voice and accent training for at least 2 years in an international BPO. Must be able to identify and frame learning plans to neutralize accents of employees handling calls, lowering the rate of speech, improving pronunciations, etc. Must have a proven track record of providing customer service training in an international BPO. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines. Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Note: This position is open only for male candidates willing to work in Night shifts. Candidates who have appeared for our interview process in the last 3 months are not eligible for this opening.
