Working closely with all departments in our Auckland office you will be the first point of contact on risk related matters, providing guidance and undertaking risk assurance reviews. Don’t know how? Xe offers full on-the-job training and will help funding for Risk Management qualifications A bit about the team The Global Risk and Assurance team is responsible for helping and supporting the business in ensuring compliance with its legal and regulatory obligations and conducting risk assurance activities, including policy reviews, root cause analysis on reported incidents and ad hoc investigations. Key responsibilities: Leading risk assurance activities. This will include planning, reviewing policies and procedures together and testing key controls. On completion of reviews, produce a summary of findings together with recommendations and work with management to ensure identified issues are tracked through to completion. Managing incidents and working with business management to ensure root cause analysis is performed and effective remedial action is taken including re-testing. Providing risk guidance and insight on new projects and business wide initiatives. Supporting the business on risk related matters acting in a guidance capacity and providing risk training to staff, where appropriate. Supporting the Senior Global Risk and Assurance Manager in the analysis of MI and reporting for the Global Risk Committee (GRC). Requirements: You’ll need to have: Understanding of Risk Management principles. Positive attitude, willing to learn. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Good communication skills (telephone, face-to-face and written). Ability to evaluate and analyse data; Motivated, collaborative, pro-active team player. Benefits: Why join us?
