Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Handle design development, contract administration, authority submissions, pre-consultations, site meetings and project meetings Good understanding of the project requirements & schedule Monitor the progress of the project to ensure that the targeted completion dates are met Ensure that the submissions are in compliance with all the requirement of authorities Able to understand BIM concepts and apply it on project Work closely with the project team in the co-ordination, organisation & preparation of documentations and drawings Requirements: Possess at least Degree in Architecture or its equivalent Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience Proficiency in drafting software such as Revit, AutoCad, SketchUp Familiar with local standards, project implementations & building codes Positive working attitude with good time management
