How you will contribute? This collaborative role involves working closely alongside existing staff members across the board in key areas and functions of our business. The main focus of the role will be on the customer experience and early prevention of debt and cash collection. You will also be responsible for query management, relationship management, contributing to process improvements and advocating best practice. Contacting customers and setting up direct debits whilst operating in line with FCA, DPA, CONC and Banking Code Regulations. Why you? You will provide the most excellent level of customer service to all of your internal and external stakeholders. A natural team player with a ‘can do attitude’ you will build on key relationships with our Corporate and SME Customer Support Team, Billing and Administration Team, Collections Teams and Debt Collection departments.
